Nature of Products. All items are digital downloads (PDF/EPUB). No physical shipments. After payment you receive an email with a personal download link.

Prices & VAT. Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable.

Refunds. Because access is immediate, downloads are non-refundable.

Right of Withdrawal (EU) & Waiver. Digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium (PDF/EPUB e-books) is delivered immediately after purchase. By completing your order, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the download begins (EU consumer law on digital content).

Usage Rights. Digital files are licensed for personal use only. Reproduction, reselling, sharing, or public distribution without written permission is prohibited.

Liability. We take great care with our content. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or digital files.

Data We Collect. When you purchase or subscribe, we may process your name, email address, billing details (via Mollie), and your consent preferences. We do not store card numbers.

Purpose. We use data to: (i) process your order and deliver downloads, (ii) respond to support requests, (iii) send newsletters only if you opted in.
