“You are not grounded.”
How often is this phrase thrown around —
as a judgment, a label,
as if grounding simply means
conforming to a world someone else has designed for you.

But what is reality?
Is it the collective illusion that keeps being repeated,
or the blueprint written deep within your soul?

To ground in the new time requires courage.
Courage to turn inward,
to discern truth from the lie being lived,
to dare to choose what your heart already knew.

The unknown often feels frightening,
because it pulls us away from the comfort zone
of old certainties.
Yet precisely there lies the gateway:
the obstacle is the path.

Where you feel resistance,
where the world warns “no go,”
there is the invitation.
Not to escape,
but to land more deeply —
in yourself,
in your truth,
in the Earth that longs to be born anew.
