116 We sometimes forget. That we are here. Truly here. Not in a thought. Not in a longing. But in this moment,in this breath,in this body that carries it all. Your body does not lie.It doesn’t ask for perfection.Only for presence. For softness where it is tense. For space where it feels confined. Grounding is not only standing barefoot in the grass. It is knowing where your feet are, while the world keeps moving. It is feeling your legs support you, even when your head has lost its way. You don’t need to understand it all.But if you invite your body into the conversation,it often speaks what your heart has not yet dared to whisper. 2 FacebookTwitterPinterestThreadsBlueskyEmail Evelien Ari'Elune previous post Course of Light next post The Silence That Listens You may also like The Field Remembers August 14, 2025
