14Sometimes another person’s story opens a room within ourselves. This text arose after watching a documentary.Room to Move A different context. A different family constellation. Different character formations. And yet it touches the same principle: the inner child that somewhere along the way remained unseen. Not always through lack of love. Sometimes through incapacity. Sometimes through circumstances. Sometimes because a family itself did not know how presence was truly meant to be felt. What is not seen in the child does not simply disappear. Later, it searches for a form.In contact. In distance. In longing. In the difficulty of landing within oneself or with another. That does not make every experience identical. Each story carries its own holding. But the recognition lives in the layer beneath: a child that once needed space and did not know where it was allowed to find it.At the same time, I notice how exhausting it can be to keep moving within a world like today’s.For a highly sensitive and highly aware nervous system, presence is not self-evident.So much often has to be processed all at once.Stimuli. Undercurrents. Voices. Expectations. Unspoken tensions. As if the inner wiring must constantly work harder to keep the whole in balance. And perhaps that is precisely why space becomes so essential. Not as a luxury. But as a condition for life.Room to move. Space to breathe. Space to feel. Space, at last, to no longer have to function against yourself.‘Motherline’ “Coming soon.”In reverence.
